Information we collect

When you register interest, we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, work email address, website, area of interest and any message. If you choose to contact us after completing the self-check, we also receive the score you choose to carry through to the enquiry form. We collect basic analytics information only if you choose to accept analytics cookies.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to reply to you about the review or services you asked about. We use consented analytics to understand what is useful on the site and improve its content and performance. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

Enquiries are processed through Formspree, our form provider. When accepted, analytics are provided by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Those providers process limited technical information on our behalf to provide their services.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond and manage a potential working relationship, then delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, erase or restrict the information we hold about you, or object to our use of it. You can also change your analytics choice below. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
